In short: If your request was not completed,
email gamemaster@helbreathusa.com and inform them of the issue.
Do not wait for another reset to see if it gets completed then
Do not make a topic on the forums E-MAIL![/b]
During each reset, the server is taken offline at which time each of the paid requests are verified and completed if eligible.
If there is enough time to complete some event TIXX this is also done. However, iEnt aim to keep the server restarts as quick as possible. To prevent extended down time, event TIXX are completed once the server is back online. It’s not unusual for event TIXX to be completed some time after the reset itself. You can continue to play as normal, a Game Master can contact you in game if needed.
Sometimes your items can be placed on a Game Master to be exchanged for the items in game, if this happens it will be written within your TIXX and you will be informed of which GM has your items.
If your request wasn't completed, e-mail gamemaster@helbreathusa.com and include the details of your request,
do not make a topic on the forums about it as HBp staff (Admin + Mods) are unable to assist you. We suggest to make the subject relative to the issue you’re experiencing, some suggestions are:
• Helbreath USA: Failed Name Change
• Helbreath USA: Failed Character Transfer
• Helbreath USA: Failed City MoveNote, in each subject there is a reference to the game, “Helbreath USA”, “Failed” to indicate that something is wrong and then the type of request that didn’t go through.iEnt first need to be sure that it’s been submitted correctly and was on the list to be done. Most requests aren’t completed due to a few reasons:
• Forms not completed properly and fail
• Forms do not register the request
** In each of these cases, iEnt don't know that you're waiting to have something completed **
** Your request not being completed and no e-mail has been sent to you, is a sign that iEnt do not know about it! **
• Account ineligible
In which case, you'd be emailed informing you of why.
As for the details to the e-mail, iEnt will need to know who you are, what the problem is. Be sure to email from the registered email on the account. If you’re not sure which this is, login to the account maintenance and find out.
Should you no longer have access to this account be sure to inform iEnt of this in your e-mail.
A suggestion on other information that would be useful to iEnt when writing your email is.
